It seems to me that the clown who wrote these guys jobs must be cut and sent overseas, is a bit of an America hater? I would like to see him sent out !

Yeah ok - in your arrogance, go ahead and finish off the rest of the people with actual technical and specific app knowledge so you can save a few bucks. Turning over all your data and processes to offshore and 3rd party contractors will catch up with you in the near future. Just try to get a support ticket worked in less than 2 weeks.... I had an offshore person literally put the phone down to ‘check’ on an internal network issue - and forgot to mute- she was singing and laughing with coworkers , never came back to the phone. I let it stay connected for 45 mins since they also time calls, but then hung up. Submitted a complaint, but of course heard nothing back.

Yup, I would say 80% of AT&T employees are software illiterate. I am very happy to see AT&T cut them all.
If you write software codes then you are cut !! Plain and simple. If you write codes those jobs have or are transitioning overseas or to H1B's, just pack your stuffs and leave the company. Work for Walmart or Amazon as delivery boys or cashiers.

unfortunately there is major cuts coming here. portfolio management will be able to build a resource plans based on budget availability in the coming years. AT&T isn't spending money outside the streaming/content disaster and 5g. people getting whacked bigly
