I remember when I was there a few years back HR posted an article about changing performance reviews to pass or fail and hundreds of comments by employees who hated it and questioned Wells intentions. it was out of control so now they won't solicit any comments you either do it or be go e.

Where are "team members" now going for employee commentary and "grapevine" information?

They've cut off comments on ALL articles on Teamworks.

The comments were often more informative than the articles themselves.

Not on all articles, just some. Most still allow it. I find it entertaining.

I assumed because of the coronavirus. Its a very highly sensitive topic with many different opinions on the situation.

Why would it be shocking? Isn’t that “team” members do? We talk freely because we’re a team. We care about each other because you know team. Such horse sh$t

It was frankly shocking that this was ever permitted in the first place.

I noticed too and assumed it was for the same reason. As with most things these days, no one wants to hear the truth.
