I’m a rep and have to stay home at least next week because of headcount. We all know COVID 19 isn’t going anywhere in 2020 and a former coworkers manager strongly encouraged him to do the work from home option through June 30. The CSP article also stated it was “guaranteed work and pay through June 30” so it makes me think at least one or two reps may get laid off.

flattening normally means that they get rid of some management and increase the people each manager so called manages. but who knows at att and stank.
