Just remember Randy will still provide the strategic direction until January. And as all retired chairmen, provide consulting services to management for at least 2 years, as he also gets use of corp aircraft.
Not only did Randy not get fired for the billions and billions he lost the company, but he gets to leave on his terms with his $200 million golden parachute intact.
Hows that make all the rest of you who have dedicated your lives to this company's success feel as you're surplussed or outsourced without so much as a thank you?
What is absolutely ridiculous is RS got to keep his job after losing billions of dollars in the failed T Mobile fiasco. What executive looses billions like that almost overnight and he still has a job? The board of Mis-Directors are to blame. You can take the average person on the street, fairly well-dressed and fairly articulate and they would do a much better job managing the company; will show much better stewardship. The senior leadership we have now is a practical joke.

It's really a shame Randall wasn't shown the door after the T Mobile Disaster ! , we might still be working at a company that has assets and a future with the pipelines and networking that made us strong and durable. Alas , no more ! All gone because of one guy with very poor vision and a board of directors that frankly, I dont know what ??? They are ridiculous !!!
