There has to be a petition we can start, pleading with Elliott Management and our Board to enact a vote of no confidence in Randal Stevenson and the rest of the id–ts that have driven this company into the ground.
Let’s cut their salaries by millions, save actual support roles and front line employees and make this a great place to work!
Elliott Management owns around 1.5% of AT&T shares.
While they can try to rouse rabble and say things that will get labor on their side, at the end of the day, they're in it to extract money from AT&T for Elliott Management, so will be bought off and become lapdogs who only yap about changing the status quo when it's time for treats.

The BOD is part of the problem, they have let this go on and on. Only way to drain the swamp is to have institutional investors vote all of them out.
