In my store we had 7 people opt in to work and headcount has to stay at 5 on a given day. I and some of my coworkers were just informed we will not be allowed to work in May.

This is at least true for NY area
If you check CSP the compensation details for May were released this week. The key word was if you’re “available to work” then you get your hourly, but it was noted you don’t get the 20% bonus or your commission if you’re not working. We were informed my management shortly after. This is due to those on leave coming off of leave and being asked to work. The call center volunteering was an opportunity for reps to work and still get their commission. If you weren’t selected and aren’t high enough in seniority to be one of the ones selected to work then you are getting your hourly but no commission for the month of May. This also extends to those whose stores remain closed, including managers. Takes effect May 3rd in my area.
No one n my store knows nothn about this?
Nationwide, although timelines may vary by state
