@fdf+149AxxNL YOU DO NOT know the circumstances of someone that has taken this childcare leave! The company has offered it and if someone takes it, it's none of YOUR business to make assumptions! WOW! Typical!!!! Maybe that stay at home mom has health issues! Maybe she has anxiety and this Covid-19 is bringing her to her knees. Keep your opinions to yourself!!!!

Well they just raised the guidance by the CDC to 65 and above to be the "at risk" group. I'm only 61....so back to work Monday. BUT, 20% per cent works for me. Im in DEG so i'll hide in a CEV. lol

Why would those working safely at home get a hazard bonus?

Remember the 1k bonus? Yeah, I was grateful that one time.

Mobility call center employees are getting paid even more than that for overtime. We are getting an extra 2.00 per hour for the first 40 hours then 12.50 an hour for overtime on top of time and a half. Pretty big deal as we only make about 20.00 an hour

Hopefully the company will take a hard look at those that take all or part of the 160 hours. There are several people in this area that are definently abusing it. If your wife is a stay home mom why do you need 4 weeks? That is happening here.

This should be retroactive and the 20% for everyone is BS. The field techs should get 50%. Stay safe and when in doubt walk away!

Cant wait for some of the employees that took the paid leave for child care to all of a sudden find a babysitter and return to work.

I have to modify my statement on employees who face the risk. For ALL employees bargained for and non bargained for who face the risk at this time hang in there and hope you are safe.

I wonder what the haters will say now. Ok trolls and haters fire away. I am not one of the qualified persons and I say WAY TO GO ATT. And congratulations to the bargain for employees who face the risk daily to help our customers. This “small” token does not make up for the risk you take and I wish you will will be safe.
