This company and the union don’t care that we are in and out of these asymptomatic diseased households spreading it to the next house and our families. These two organizations fatten their pockets while us slaves are sent out to battle in the trenches. Makes me sick
Get over it, you got 20% and non-bargained for employees got c-ap. If you don’t like your job leave... please save some skilled workers their jobs

AT&T Perm Tech here. I pay dues to the CWA but I don't know what for exactly. We certainly haven't seen much benefit for our dues.
I guess it gets added to what the boomers put in so they can get good representation and wages increases during contract time. Not too much of those union benefits trickling down to us piss-ants unfortunately.
