Business continuance plan

Who is in charge of BCP for servicing? Seems odd that the executive office reps had no plan I'm aware of, but we HAVE to be in the office because we are essential......no BCP in place for an essential dept.......oh I hear they ordered laptops for a few reps.....but of course on back order......multi billion dollar company....

Dude - the pandemic caught everyone off guard. Even if they wanted to, they couldn’t give everyone a laptop due to bandwidth issues. Get over it - you will be coming into the office to work

Just because you don't know where to look for it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Every employee should have a Call Tree and BCP one sheet page of what to do in a crisis. If you don’t have a hard copy or digital copy then definitely report them to every Federal and State Agency.

Ultimately Risk Management is the owner of the BCP. Call or email Elizabeth Warren or members of the Committee overseeing Financial Services and sound the alarm. Again, WF is woefully unprepared and has no documentation of anything.

Honestly if you have a low grade fever, cough body aches or sore throat, quarantine yourself and don’t go in. Save yourself and take care of yourself.
