Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Wells loves us

We are the only lobbies open in the area, we have a hand sanitizer missing a part, because it wasn't shipped. There is a shortage of everything. We have stickers 6 feet apart for social distancing to keep our customers safe, but we are a foot away from them at teller windows. We perform platform duties while they sneeze and cough in our faces. Every day this gets more out of hand, because people are panic withdrawing, treating everyone like sh– and being more and more impatient. We don't have time for lunches and the phone rings off the hook. As the hours pass, we are more susceptible to this virus and someone desperate robbing us. Please tell me again how much Wells Fargo cares. This place is sh–

Please call the Department Health as the WHO has implemented social isolation, not social distancing. Please take the initiative because the so called leaders of Wells Fargo only have their eyes on the bank accounts. I guarantee any readers on this site that 99% of the top layer of Wells management are hunkered down in their second homes located in the Hamptons, The Springs and other locations in the U.S. for the rich and famous. They most likely traveled by private jets or high end driving services and most likely used their corporate credit cards for the expense to pack up their families to get to their "work from home" location to perform their so important work for the criminal enterprise they manage. As a shareholder i will be requesting an audit of corporate spending by Charlie and direct reports during this crisis. Also what perks the BOD receive for their guidance to the criminals during the pandemic. I promise the dollars spent will far exceed dollar amount spent on the protective measures they are providing for their employees and clients. Call the department of health as Mel is posted because I am not stopping until the 99% are treated fairly.

The contact center side is being offered Premium pay-rate for any additional time we pick up outside of our scheduled shift. Calls are understandably more aggressive and impatient and the wait time to reach a representative is anywhere from 10 to over 30 minutes and reps are instructed to only direct any interest in opening new acts via the website for WF or to visit the branch, additional there are no transfers to sales and no cold transfers anywhere at this point in attempt to assist more customers. It’s especially difficult to refer to a branch when several have been closed or have shortened hours due to the concern.

And has Wells given front line staff any financial help like extra pay or a bonus? Look at JPM and BAC. They care for their front line staff unlike this place
