This is what happens when the top 4 steps in the ladder is made up of Managers and not of Leaders, & Innovators. In this situation Leadership is simply a superficial name given to top managers.

But interest rates are near zero, and Randall can do stock buybacks with the stimulus from the gubernment. Randall couldn't be happier.

It all makes sense. Randy is an accountant by school, bullsh1t artist by profession. I think the jump plane has just departed to take on his golden parachute jump.

What an A$$

Once again we see the results of mismanagement. For 17 years since SBC bought the AT&T name they, old SBC management, had been able to ruin the name AT&T. Hard to believe not that long ago people were loyal to the company and nowadays people hate the company as much if not more than their workforce. This environment is going to end very badly for many people, myself included, do I think 49 years from now I will be getting a pension? Not a chance, they will have most likely gone bankrupt especially with their accounting practices and lack of innovation as the highly leveraged tech companies will take over the market.

But att has more cash than god as people pointed out on this forum numerous times. companies should of been saving their cash for times likes these instead of buying stock back should be illegal.

this is not a smart move just more creative bookkeeping that randy specializes in just like their billing.

Way toooo much debt. Nice dividends, but they really can't afford it! They just seem to keep taking on more and more debt. They're almost as bad as the U.S. government. Mauricio
AT&T operating strategy is to acquire their way into bankruptcy.

How fiscally irresponsible. I am so glad I'm not a shareholder of this company.

You would think this would be the perfect stock to own in a recession or global viral pandemic. Unfortunately, T is managed by complete id–ts.

This stock has gotten absolutely hammered in the past month and is down over 5% again today when the market had a strong rebound!

While I don't like adding Debt, it is smart move right now, money is almost free the rates are so low, they have bought back a ton of stock and now taking a 3 Billion Dollar loan for almost nothing is smart and will probably save many jobs!

Great, we need more debt, cause we just don't have enough, and need as much as we can possibly take on, yippee!
