What is going on right now? I am scared, my coworkers are scared, my customers are scared. We apparently have people doing door to door sales still (unbelievable) and stores open with no compassion or understanding of employee needs and managers threatening people. There are rumors of layoffs and job cuts because of coronavirus.
So I ask where is Randall? No video message or even a peep from him? We need reassurance right now and we need leadership!
If a prem or core gets it and gives to a customer, first line, or other prem or core then a decision will have to be made with policy toward the public. If IHX gets it get rid of them.

Our org’s VP was always on Q. Even mandated we all need to be on Q ALL the time (during the workday) - way before WFH. Since day 1 of the WFH, they’re not on Q, but definitely sending out emails on a regular basis, so they’re online but not following their own mandate.
I’ve seen all kinds of emails/video snippets from leadership, taking proactive steps. How much hand holding do you need? It’s a virus - wash your hands and don’t cough on people.
Why refer to leadership when there isn't clear demonstration of it? CEO, SVP, Manager are just titles with their pay grade, nothing to do with leadership. Leadership is earned, like respect. The incompetent board can hand out multi-millions to management to run the company, it doesn't mean they had earned your respect to call them leaders. Keep you bar high, call them mo–ns as they are.
There must be an issue with your leadership. RLS released an all employee video last Friday along with AT&T News Now communications daily. Not sure what rock you have been under. Don't wait to be told what to do, just take action and follow CDC recommendation.
I am in the minority here and actually like my job but I totally agree with you. I feel like we are reacting and not leading. I feel like leadership is unsure what to do and that is a scary feeling.
