AT&T at this point is beyond negligent in not addressing this matter with the public let alone its employees and contractors. Send an e-mail to the CDC at OEEO@cdc.gov under the No Fear Act to cite the gross negligence at minimum of AT&T, or any contractor for AT&T, stating for you to go to work as of still 17 March 2019. If you are facing any adversity from AT&T or your employer for staying home due to an underlying health condition or disability that is at greater risk in such times from this virus, you have an even stronger case already. Such is written evidence of prior notice to a government entity after citing you have sought guidance, of which none was given, by AT&T management or your company leadership beyond the common sense "wash your hands don't touch your face" corporate c-ap that recycles merely what your mom told you when you were a kid! Should you get the virus now likely due to this undue exposure to the public in a national state of emergency, get an attorney as well to get these unscrupulous employers on the hook too. They ought have figured this out by now, but greed is greed folks.

Retail area manager here just told two employees who reported sore throats, fatigue, and low grade fevers that they could leave but would face points for discipline if they did....
That advice is a good way to get fired.
When the State Patrol told folks to stay off the roads, we still worked and did troubles.
To not do so, would get one fired.
