In coming days and weeks, every one of us will have an opportunity to contribute to Delta's durability. That ranges from considering a voluntary leave that works for you and your family, to identifying opportunities to save money in your division or department, to volunteering for the Peach Corps to help our customers and colleagues at the airport. I ask all of you to see what you can do to help us save cash.
In light of these developments, I'm foregoing 100 percent of my salary, effective immediately, for the next six months.

Regardless of how much of his salary the Delta Exec gave up at least he did and made the gesture and will go a long way with employee perception and loyalty. Very commendable.

RandyStank have already sacrificed the gratification they get from being able to fart in the face of a$$kissers in the corporate suites. What more can you possibly ask of them?

If Randall did something like this, you guys would just complain about it.

Never, blame the company’s downturn on the virus, tell the Board of Directors it’s not his fault and get $34 million in salary while cutting the 2020 payout to 50%.

Not any one of the upper echelon eletits of AT&T would we EVER give/donate anything voluntarily or charitability, much less any kind act or actions such as what Delta people have done. Thanks for the morning laugh. IF they did anything, they'd be compensated twice over, or tax a tax loophole, so in effect, not truly giving or contributing.

A little decieving. So the guy forgoes his $1.2M salary, but what about the other $20 in other compensasion.

They still lost my luggage last summer for a week and refused to do anything about it. Screw Delta.

They will have their hand out to the Feds for bailouts to prevent layoffs, and as soon as the Fed check clears the whacking will be worse! Then Ratty and Stinky will get another 30% raise for a job well done and use the rest of the $ to pay off all the CNN lawsuits.
