Got the call to self-quarantine yesterday as I am over 60 and go into strangers houses every workday, most of whom has been coughing and sputtering for weeks now.

So today I am home planning all the projects to do for the next two weeks so my wife doesn't drive me crazy.

Since my area has over 56 positive cases with 9 dead so far, not upset at all to stand down.

Dying for a company or a job is stupid.

READ the email....it is NOT a trap. You don’t have to have ANY medical condition....JUST be over the age of 60!

We have been told to wire a jack and pass it through a window now. Leave modem on porch and facetime customer to install.

Could this be a trap to get 60+ on the radar and divulge personal health issues to get 2 weeks paid leave? Makes me wonder if they will red flag these people because they add to the bottom line of medical plans. I think they are fishing for next layoff targets.

My last year ....I’m taking it! I’m over 60 and interest rates, if they stay down till November will increase the lump AGAIN! This a great time to abandon ship and retire!!

Can confirm the link to both forms is the first available in HR Onestop when you log in. Medical clearance for return to work ONLY applies to the “high risk” category, not any of the other 4. Stay safe everybody.

Look at the fine print when applying for the leave. It states you will need a medical release to RETURN to work after the two week leave. I am not sure how that works-I won’t be going to a doctor visit to prove I am healthy...wasting their time and mine, and putting myself at risk. I fit in the 60+ group.

This troll is clueless, we all know after 5 days of sick short term disability is invoked. There is no 10 day policy.

Taking into account that nearly everybody over the age of sixty has retired or been laid off, that doesn't really mean much.

Oh wow, a whole two weeks! How about giving the tax cut (corporate welfare for the rich) back.
