An engineers' union? That would be interesting. It's a very tempting idea to be honest.
Love the upselling, reviews of mortgages and other us garbage.
I recommend going to a company with less criminals

I'm 100% for unions, but I don't want to reward Wells with my work anymore.
Unions won't work! A big expose on what the management has done with their head in their azz strategy and the reversal of course for their IT employees is what is needed.

The committee for better banks tried this in 2018. Wells refused to meet with them
