March bonus for employees surplussed last year

Does anyone know how and when does the bonus get paid to ex-employees who got surplussed late last year? Would it be a direct deposit? Will they get paystubs showing details of the bonus? Thanks

Your bonus will be sent via US Mail and you will receive a W2 to use for filing your tax return next year.
Your W2 will be mailed to you in 2021 unless you elected to get your W2 electronically (paperless).
Direct deposit is NOT an option.

You'll get a pay stub just like when you were employed. And like when you were employed, there will be a fair amount of taxes deducted so you won't have to pay in most cases. And remember you'll need to make a reminder on your calendar to obtain the W2 tax form NEXT year for your 2020 taxes because the bonus is income for this year. So do not discard the info on how to download your tax forms. Not sure if they mail it to you or do direct deposit.
