Typical gutless, disconnected non-caring, mechanical, uninformed Wells Fargo management strategy. The Manila team had some very sharp IT resources and will be missed. The impact of their displacement will be great.
I’ve worked at WFB many years and have never seen morale lower. Now they are going to k–l what is left by disrupting people's lives and forcing them to go into a location. They will get less productivity than ever before. I hope Saul Van Beurden is fired soon from the backlash that is inevitable.
We were called into a meeting for the “announcement” on 2/12 where a very mechanical and scripted statement (by a manager who has proved their worthlessness many times over the years yet still remains) was read then we were repeatedly told not to discuss the situation with other teammates and there would be no time for questions. Really??
They preach "Code of ethics" diversity and doing what’s right by mandatory training yet bestow disruption and angst to their employees on a daily basis.
The only chance of this getting reversed is if people voice their opinion and do not remain silent!! Write letters to the board of directors, send emails, use social media, call the news stations. MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD!!
