According the email from Saul, Phase 1 of the relocations have been notified. If you weren't notified, you aren't in phase 1 and can go about your life for at least the next.

Maybe the married couple that works for Wells Fargo and we’re notified during Phase 1, that they both have to not only relocate to keep their existing jobs, but have to relocate to two different places, and the exception for them to both relocate to the same place was denied. How ridiculous!
