The reason behind the 2.25% percent profit sharing amount even though the STI was over 100% all has to do with the new stock program for employees. Verizon of course would not want you to believe that the new program is inferior to the last. Keeping the award close to the anticipated amounts for the next few years would lead you to believe that we are entering into a similar incentive program. This is of course just my opinion.
