Basically the plan has been extended with the off payroll date pushed to 3rd quarter 2037 rather than stepped throughout 2020. This will allow Accenture employees to learn English.
The deal has not fallen through. Basically the plan has been extended with the off payroll date pushed to 1st quarter 2021 rather than stepped throughout 2020. Simultaneously and oddly, the unit announced a new center in Birmingham supporting Billing Operations Tier II Support that targeted employees can apply for. No explanation of the functions, volumes, etc.
It’s currently full steam ahead with their goal to outsource ~2,000 employees to Accenture India.
For targeted employees it is good news since some will gain almost an additional year of service. I don’t understand why a targeted employee would be complaining.
By now you’ve seen the email from earlier today. Obviously that deal fell through, in typical fashion.
My management was having a weekly status call, the last one was 2 weeks ago when they said there was going to be a ‘pause’ so Accenture could absorb what they were being fed. Apparently they weren’t aware of how much work we actually do.
Wondering the same thing
Everyone should exit period
The original announcement by Weaklend was done poorly and evident she did not support this. The planning was done by incompetent AVPs who are never engaged in day to day operations and many now gone. Fete was behind this project and bolted quickly. Just another failure at AT&T. Anyone with skills, still under 50 should leave as they can't be trusted. They have no plans if every FBO employee left quickly and would be SOL
