I can see some very heated domino tournaments coming up in this space.

That area used to have a decent sized homeless population in the vicinity. Everything they did to "spruce" things up was, in part, to make that population go away. Until Randy and crew moved in, they didn't care one bit about those buildings and area either. Now that it's "home", they want it to be the fancy castle.

AT&T will manage to find a way to screw this up too.

Sounds like a great place to take a dump.

What do they plan to "Discover" there? Haven't heard about it. I would be happy if they would discover a new cleaning service and get the trash emptied more than once in every 10 days.

Meanwhile our office is a dump that is falling apart due to neglect. We have holes in the walls, filthy old carpet, and potholes in the parking lot. How about investing some of that money in the places your employees actually work instead of in vanity projects Randall?

Yeah, if your a homeless bum, it'll be great they said, while panhandling a couple of spare bucks from the passersby

It will be like Trinity Forest -Byron Nelson...only 3 years an no more. With all the extra space at HQ they could open a food kitchen for the homeless.

Not if it's like any of their usual business failures. Maybe they should just buy something like Hooter's restaurant and run it into the ground to put it out of its misery.... Then again, Hooters' days are already numbered. Bad example.
