with all the working streaming options that have existed for years now not sure why they would stick with att and get more money using multiple venues.

Industry rumors does suggest the NFL is considering a 2nd carrier for the Sunday Ticket. Although the contract does not officially expire until 2021, language in the document does allow the NFL to exit or sell additional rights in this year -2020.

Whether that second delivery method would be over cable or streaming is still up in the air. YouTube/Google was a heavy player during the last round of bidding for the rights. It is possible that the NFL develops its own proprietary streaming app.

As for T, both Randall and John have been recorded over the past year mumbling and grumbling their displeasure over the cost to T for the NFL rights. Even under DirecTV, no profit was ever made by selling Sunday Ticket. Look up the definition of "loss leader" for an explanation.

Since T has been quietly shedding expensive and costly rights to the RSNs (Regional Sports Networks), I would not be surprised if we do not renew NFL in 2021 when the contract expires.
