Saturation. So many shows being pumped out now like a geyser of mediocre content. ATT always overpays for the asset in decline and brings on a boatload of debt to do so. Wireless and Fiber has been neglected so they could chase their Hollywood's Ambitions. Library of content is being devalued and does anyone have confidence ATT can pump out hits in this era of mediocrity.

Rather than debt heavy acquisitions AT&T should have focused on alliances, that way they could diversify risks and pull out if things didn’t work! Now they are stuck with one dog and are trying to transform TW! At the end of the day the company will be broken up in some fashion. A lot of workers lives will be wrecked by totally a totally dysfunctional strategy.
It's a shame . We should have Time Warner do its thing and the rest of the business do it instead we have a mess aof Time Warner and seemed to have quit investing in updating the plant.
They probably dream of having the casting couches of old too.

Yep company lost identity. At least other companies know the their identity and are performing their best at what they know. My daughter has google fiber in her apartment at college and every time I visit it is always around 900 up and down. After 6 months of att fiber it was 500 up and 100 down att and Stankey/randy are nothing but snake oil salesmen and I apologize to all the snake oil salesmen.
