Customer service has overtime; I wonder if the OT cut is for non facing customer employees?
This was actually true. We were told this this today
Most of the overtime I see in network assurance comes from people that take longer to do the job. Basically they are so inept they create overtime for themself

Cx8b- same here in midState. OT is steady, but there isn’t much work. Wouldn’t say it’s too much, but steady.

In southern NY we have more Ot than we want.
There’s no work. Just OT. Not complaining but it’s very strange. Told to take a few hours almost every night, even though there’s no work. Just driving around to different delis.

OT for co in NJ cut ! Go home even oos , leave for next shift! Also cut over done after 12a on Ot, Verzion tells customers we have to do on the day shifts ! I did 6 yesterday at 1 pm ! No Ot ! Of course five of them failed. lmao they do not do pretest anymore either.
