Stephen Luczo, who joined the telecom and media giant’s board last year, paid $3.8 million on Feb. 4 for 100,000 AT&T shares (ticker: T), an average price of $37.60 each.

T average daily volume is 30M shares so 100k is 0.3% - ok a lot for 1 person but overall not enough to move the needle

Must be nice to get that amount of money on a yearly basis for investment, plus it should provide a good amount of dividend returns.

It confirms that the dividend won't go away anytime soon.

There was a SC 13G/A filed by Blackrock recently. Couldn't make heads or tails out of it, except it wasn't a sale. I think it says they are a 7% owner.
