Been with the company 5+ years never was asked to pay, I'd like to but have no idea how. Living in Florida, the Union is pretty weak for Retail COR. I see multiple stores force people oit and they have no clue what their rights are nor that we have a union.

Don't do it. They really don't do much for you but take your money and spew their political agenda.
Joining the union will totally keep you from being laid off lol

There are several locals across that area. Here’s the contact info for each
Florida. Panhandle. From Ocala Florida to Panama City.
Panhandle central region or panhandle east region?
Panhandle region. The red headed step child of mobility.
Where in Florida ? Just google CWA locals, you’ll find yours. Email or call the local and they will tell you how. Just remember , that in Florida , CWA still has to represent you , whether you are a member or not, as long as your title is part of represented group. Now I will say they probably won’t fight as hard for non-members so I think it’s better to join. I’m also in Florida and a member and I’ve been paying the dues for 25 years even though I’ve not needed grieve once. I KNOW my pay and benefits are only what they are thanks to the union so I happily pay it. I see how the company treats and pays its non union represented titles. I’m very grateful for the union. It’s not perfect but it’s better to have than not.
