Not if they are the ones delivering the osprey box
They will be outsourcing I hear.
IHX is a joke. They show up to repairs now before the technician does. Trying to sell cell phones to people that have been out of service for a few days.
They are nothing but a bunch of scammers. Try to warn the customer before they try to come in

What are they going to do when everything is over-the-top TV service? Won’t it be hard to go “in home” when there isn’t an install? Especially with the non-techy baby boomers shrinking.
