Sad to say that MANY excellent associates we're RIF'ed from the company to save money. Functions were outsourced to save money. However, the people that instigated these economy measures collected big bonuses and NEVER had to explain why there were no savings. Hugh loss in institutional knowledge. Whiz kids doing things that were tried and failed before. Oh well, it's just the family's financial loss. That makes me smile.
