AT&T purchased Time Warner in the hopes that phone service and content would yield a peanut butter and chocolate combination. Instead, AT&T is junking up Time Warner’s luxury product, HBO, and turning it into HBO Max. This is the equivalent of Hermès selling JanSport alongside Birkin bags.

What? And not have their own in-house PR firm (CNN)?
No way, T , has put too much money, time and energy and hasn't realized any value from the merger yet. The only way this would happen is if this was 2008 and we were coming out of the recession and Warner now commanded a 15-25% premium, but since T overpaid like by 1.5 times when they bought it no one would buy it now for anywhere near what T paid for it.. So T will just look to have exclusive content deals, extract the most from its subs and charge everyone prime dollar for access .. This is all fine and dandy until a recession hits and people cut their discretionary like pid tv
AT&T will do that only if Elliot Management tells them to.
If Randall ever admitted his error, he'd be gone by the end of the week. Therefore, he will never admit it.
It's that simple.
no not so soon
LMAO
Will NOT happen while Ratty and Stinky are still here. They will never admit their mistake.
