Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

A new nightmare in the horizon..get ready

"AT&T& COMCAST: the two most hated Telecommunication providers in USA have indicated it is interested in pursuing an MVNO deal, AT&T and cable operators which could provide more favorable economics," Bank of America said in a recent note to clients. "If Comcast and Charter are able to garner a deal for more attractive MVNO economics it would accelerate each company's path to stand-alone profitability."

really? just as the Time Warner deal is saving me money?

This is standard practice as the cable companies looking for partnershis on some cross communications platforms as they stem the tide of cord cutting. The idea is they'll bundle wireless as part of there offerings to minimize subscriber loss.
And AT&T is no dummy I'm sure the terms of the deal are more favorable to AT&T than Comcast, after all its not like Comcast subscribers are of much value to T. .. This is just a stopgap by the cable companies wouldn't surprise me if Ina few year T buys one of them outright.

I'm thinking that if the T-Mobile & Sprint merger is turned down by the court, that Comcast might try to acquire Sprint.

Nothing new, they're already doing it. Xfinity Mobile runs on Verizon wireless.

It's for Comcast to rent time on our Wireless Network for thier Wireless services. it's a no brainer.
