OCC civil fines

Apparently Carrie Tolstedt, Jim Stothers former Chief Legal Officer, and Claudia Russ Anderson refused to settle with the OCC. How sad all around.

Those who didn't settle with the OCC can argue in a hearing their case with evidence and if the OCC is not convinced or evidence shows otherwise the OCC can raise the fines.

The fines were calculated to be a percentage of their WF earnings. These people were being paid 10s of millions while lying and tormenting employees. Those fines should go back to the employees who labored under these crooks.

They should be put in jail, and then be forced to serve people in a soup kitchen every day for the rest of their lives.

They won't settle civil because they may not have the money to pay and because doing so will implicate them for criminal charges.
