Budget wise 50+M for IT is nothing.
@1aau+13aMQHvz none of them know how to run business. great at saying “YES” though. it’s a colossal f*ck up with broad implications. However, those responsible won’t pay the price
the words on street are they are short of 50+ millions, how can it possible? this is not the first day they manage IT
Cut 50 percent of the directors and VPs , lose nothing , fix expense problem and hire back consultants who add value

Is anyone really surprised. Our leaders did a poor job moving huge amount of work to infosys. That was the first sign they are horrible and over paid.
Now they hire so many consultants to do all this work and now they fire them. Now they are are still over budget and the employees on shore, the majority, do not code so the work can’t get done.
How much longer does Hans and Kyle wait before they do what is required and what every IT person below VP and Director can see clearly
