Nothing but panic. How much of the work force is actually in the field? Once ATT figures out they don't actually need people in buildings, they then figure out they don't need either. Be careful of what you hope for.

Mar. 13, 2020 1:10 PM ET|About: AT&T Inc. (T)|By: Jason Aycock, SA News Editor
AT&T (T +1.9%) CEO Randall Stephenson has advised all company employees to work from home amid the widening coronavirus outbreak, CNBC reports.

That numbers 245,000 global workers, one of the most significant workforces so far to get a work-from-home directive.

As with other big workforces, a number are required on the front lines - but otherwise they will attempt to work remotely.

AT&T says it will take additional precautions and implement new procedures to protect those who cannot work remotely.
