@1mps...the mass email addressed to all US employees said "shift to voluntary home dispatch where possible". They make it sound like they are giving home dispatch the go ahead.
For techs to be dispatched from home requires approval from leadership L2 and above including HR which is a 15 day process, so don’t think any techs will be dispatching from home anytime soon. But way to go AT&T, you could ruin a one car funeral procession....

Limit human interaction, wash hands, wear gloves, but you better do your WiFi surveys and go into everyone’s house! Your basically searching customers houses for Carona virus or if your infected and don’t know it your basically spreading it house to house room to room. Techs can also be home dispatched so we don’t gather at work centers but they won’t let us do that either. So simple to just say techs go home dispatch. Work from outside nid only and not inside. That would do wonders for limiting our chance of getting it.
