There are no leaders or talent at att. It is nothing but who you know or are related to.
It’s frightening and infuriating how little AT&at cares about their employees. The fact that they want everyone to keep coming into office during a pandemic is despicable .
They are removing the sanitizing wipes from the head quarter floors. Is this how stank gets rid of the extra mouths he’s feeding? I wonder how many mouths his salary can feed.

MK and her direct reports are clueless as well. Not all the employees under them are needed in an office or in the field for critical day to day work but yet we’re lumped in with them. Employees are scared and upset!! “Just follow your local guidelines”, they say, but when they’re shutting down schools in your city/county and businesses in your area have told their employees to work at home I’d think it’s time to follow suit.

AT&T historically only cares for employees when it is necessary for public image sakes.
Everyone takes the trainings and signs off on the fake cultural and ethical "guidelines", however those guidelines are mostly a CYA device, because internally you see none of them in action. I swear they remind me of the movie "The Firm" with all their secretive efforts to cover things up and eliminate employees who speak up.
A vp's primary job function is to maintain the bubble of denial & delusion surrounding the C-suite. Most are completely unaware how they enable dysfunction within the corporation. I wouldn't expect much.
Remember, he told us to watch the April 22nd Investor Call to find out what is happening inside the company and the plans for further cost cutting. There doesn't seem to be any communications from the ivory tower to the VP level.
