How and where do people think AT&T is struggling financially? They still generate more cash than God. And they manage their money as good as anyone. I'm sure you will see in the proxy, all the executives met their goals for 2019, and the company met it's goals. A few challenges sure, however they are doing just fine.

Engaged you say? Bwahaha. Our executives are anything but engaged. Has anyone even seen Stephenson lately? He's probably like Howard Hughes, holed up in the desert, only touching door knobs through tissue paper. The stress of knowing that he single handedly destroyed a great American company with his fevered dreams of becoming a media mogul has probably driven him mad.
Ratty and Stinky use the Federal Gooberment accounting standards. You see, they are so wonderful that they (thought) they deserved 50% increases each, but took ONLY a 10 and 30% increase. That is a 40% pay cut using Ratty accounting methods!
What does AT&T’s “leadership” do? They get huge raises. Fire the board for allowing such gross incompetence to continue!
