What a joke. Super high quota, limited supply of phones, horrible promotions. VZW takes care of upper management by adjusting quota on regional basis but leaves local stores and us little guys that take care of the customers with half a paycheck or less! If you can't make good leadership decisions that help ALL frontline employees and trickle down to US then maybe we need new leaders. Stealing from your employees to pave the way for 5G!! If this is 2.0 mentality then you can keep it.

Shutting stores down just doesn’t make sense for anyone. Yeah it could minimize risk exposure, but for the most of us we will be fine.
BUT this quota relief we got was total garbage! Come on!
Im disgusted, Verizon should be embarrassed by the relief they're giving us. On top of that, compensate the employees on the front line of this Carona virus for coming into work and dealing with the public. I understand we can't work from home but some older employees still working in stores are literally rushing their lives.

Tell me why the pulse survey completely avoided real questions so the reps can answer how they really feel? Management claims they had one of the best pulse results , well of course you did when you ask layup questions that only get positive results .
You should file a grievance about it.
