That's why I hate our commercials and town halls that brag about a best in class network. Maybe at HQ, but it's a big world out there.

Most people I know (in all parts of the US) dont have att, and there's a reason.

wow - lol - good job randy and stank keep up the great work - maybe you can sell the wireless division to verizon or to someone who wants to spend money on supporting the customers and not marginalizing every aspect of the company.

Yeah, Ratty's, Stinky and our wonderful JD ( - glad he is history) business strategy triumphs again! No capital available for network improvements as a result of their acquisitions. Whacked people that knew how to roll out new technology and replaced them with Mumbai U replacements that have no experience. Cut capital improvements to the network to a minimal level, but unlimited $ for corporate jets to take them to Golf and award shows.
