The Uverse portfolio has been sold to frontier.... The company didnt even warn us. I tried to work with a customer and the account has been purged!

I work in call center. Had a Uverse account that said that message. Account ready to purge/archive. Create new account. I couldn't do anything with the account at all. So not fake news as far as that message showing up on Uverse accounts. Don't know what it means.
