The AT&T Gig Workforce, powered by The Opportunity Marketplace (TOM), is a program focused on connecting motivated individuals, with an investment in the right skills, to highly valuable and meaningful project work. ATO domestic managers that are motivated to take on work beyond their current job can opt-in.

What is the capacity and time commitment to participate in the AT&T Gig Workforce?
Participation in the AT&T Gig Workforce is completely voluntary. Typical time commitment is 8-10 hours a week but will vary based on opportunity and employee availability but no more than 32 hours a week and no more than 6 months. Exempt managers are expected to participate in this program on their own time so there is NO impact to day-to-day work. Any time worked by a Non-Exempt manager in the AT&T Gig Workforce must be approved by their supervisor and paid.
This is a voluntary program with special opportunities. No formal movement will take place via this program and no additional job-related compensation will be provided.
