I'd LOVE to be amused, but as an aged-out former Turner Broadcasting peon, deluded by ATT's offer of employee "discounts", and the Merry Christmas FU of an "adjusted bill" with a one-time charge more than tripling my previous monthly bills, I'm hardly surprised. What kind of employer COSTS its employees and 'retirees' money, rather than supporting them. At minimum, with the income that company makes, they could pull the discount and not waste time with prorations.

Those poor people now have to deal with att billing to get corrected. They will want them to pay it for a credit on their account. But it will tak a few billing cycles to take effect so just keep paying the bill for credit.
