Let's start a list of ways people are activating AT&T TV fraudulently. Different scams and schemes. What have you seen so far in this short amount of time?

- Tell customers the discount for auto pay requires att tv, making the tv almost free!
- of course, never mention the 2nd year price increase. Let someone from customer Service deal with that next year.
- Add the military discount on anytime you need to find savings to make the att tv free. Of course you just tell the customer it’s a discount they qualify for bc they got att tv. Doesn’t really matter if they are military or not. Just scan the passed around managers badge.
- Change the customer from premium unlimited to basic unlimited, don’t tell them their plan changed, and tell them att tv is now included for the same price!!
- Migrate all Dtv and utv customers (don’t forget to change their address!)
- Get them to sign up for a new wireless account, with all new wireless numbers so you can give them all new phones. (Get biz rep to do it if they have a down payment. Or just port then from prepaid). Use the $100s in ACT credits to close att tv
- No one verified if CRUs are actually own any type of business. Switch them to biz internet, and use the savings towards att tv!
I'm sure there will be plenty of flipping from DTV or Uverse customers. Also account credits on wireless bill to close the deal.
For people in retail, have there been any conference calls yet to "discuss performance" around AT&T TV sales?
how about pension fraud for not keeping their information up to date so they can lower their lump sum payments.
