Honestly, is anybody really surprised?

@qtp+13UC4tGg Agreed I know a few who went to the competition and ended up making more. Now is the time to move. Know that it's out there and take the calculated risk to make the move

Sure, I'm grateful to have a job and insurance for my family. I'm not grateful for lying corporate greed bigwigs taking advantage of tax cuts to line their pockets. And the crooked politicians who stab tax payers in the back at every turn. How about giving the middle class and low income a substantive tax cut? Unemployment is not a pure indicator, specially for those who are marginalized out of the work force. Ask those who were layoff and their ability to find comparable employment/pay/benefit. I am all for free open market competition, but there is no fairness for the 99% when the greed and powerful are blatantly hording wealth in the open. You tell your kids to play fair, shouldn't the 1% do the same?

Workers got a raise and unemployment at an all time low due to tax cuts. Don't be ungrateful.

Yep a lot of great places are hiring that att isn’t even in that same league. You can make more easily at other places than att even with the pension. Att is where skills go to die and get marginalized,

Should say unemployment at a 50 year low

The issues at AT&T have nothing to do with tax cuts. The problems here are poor management and mounting debt from buying DTV and TW. Employee cuts are an easy target when you have made poor decisions and need to cut money from your budget. Employment across the board is at a 50 year low.
