Incorrect, the fish rots from the head down. This makes it clear that the attitudes of those on BoD who were paid big bucks, were a huge part of the problem. The company cannot be turned around by people who will not fix problems and instead play games or deem their vacation more important. If you cannot see the connection, you are also part of the problem.
The resignations would not help anyone that was harmed one bit. It also would not help anyone in the company neither.
