Expect big layoffs this year for center jobs as more work is being shifted overseas to India. Company is sinking fast and desperate to come up with cash. They are looking at all cost saving alternatives!! AT&T doesn't care about quality of workmanship we have been providing them over the years. Start planing NOW for new career beyond AT&T!!

I don’t know but here in south Florida they’ve already thinned the herd in core. We’re struggling to keep up with work load so if they lay us off anymore they’ll just be shooting themselves in the face.
