The problem with leaving the company is lots of workers are underperformers that will have a difficult time finding another job. Try to hang on for as long as they can.

Large wage increases for craft, I don't believe that for a second as a CWA District 9 Union member with a contract expiration date of 4/4/2020.
Craft will be given large generous wage increases and extended paid vacation. Most manager positions will be some of the headcount-rationalization work we're doing on overhead, some of the benefit restructuring that we've done that we've already communicated out that get us a good way to some of our objectives this year - you’re fired.
