AT&T is planning tens of billions of dollars worth of cost cuts, AT&T President and COO John Stankey told investors yesterday. The problem with leaving the company is lots of workers are underperformers that will have a difficult time finding another job. Try to hang on for as long as they can.

If they don't need the workers, then it's time to get rid of them. Let them go so they can find another job in this great economy with all time low unemployment. Good for everyone.

Large wage increases for craft, I don't believe that for a second as a CWA District 9 Union member with a contract expiration date of 4/4/2020.

Craft will be given large generous wage increases and extended paid vacation. Most manager positions will be some of the headcount-rationalization work we're doing on overhead, some of the benefit restructuring that we've done that we've already communicated out that get us a good way to some of our objectives this year - you’re fired.
