They're absolutely terrified of it. Otherwise they wouldn't keep the number of employees they have fired, laid off or re-badged a secret.
I wonder how many PR and legal people they had working on that pathetic spin attempt.
I was thrilled to see the email from McSelfish. It means that the story hit them harder than I thought it would. I fully expected them to ignore it.
It seems that the company has all of the power in this struggle. Savor this moment. It’s so fun to see them being held accountable and playing defense for a change.
This is precisely why morale is so low. Constantly telling us about looming layoffs and the “hardest part of the business” while trying to calm the uprising with a load of you-know-what.

Like most "fact-checkers" they are taking the broadest possible interpretation of their truth and using that to proclaim otherwise factual reporting and call it fake because it disrupts their narrative.
Be a good NPC and cooperate by not questioning their BS version of what they are doing and accept your fate when it's your turn to be under the axe.
