In his latest announcement yesterday, Stankey mentioned billing and credit collection as functions to be rationalized in the future. I thought those functions were going to be moved to Accenture - India. Any updates on the status of those organizations. I believe they are under Weakland.

Well they moved HLA to bloomington and cerritos and left bothell to do level one voice sales. I see it going to India. However would you want a contractor playing with your money and pay check. not at all.
FBO outsourcing is moving along slowly but adrift with Marburger leading it and she is clueless. They have surplus experts training retained employees to train Accenture Indians. So inefficient just so they can't go to media claiming they have to train their replacements. Weaklend is a weak and clueless leader
They are also being sued for pension fraud and not updating the pension information for employees who took the buyout.
