Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Friday, March 13th - SE Surplus Announcement - Yes/No?

This website has morphed into anything and everything except what it is supposed to be used for. Can we still use it to monitor news and rumors of what may or may not be coming?

I know there are people out there that hear things the rest of us would appreciate being made aware of.

Ignore the chatter. Use this site to publish/share what you are hearing.

In that spirit, is anyone hearing any news regarding the next potential Surplus announcement on Friday, March 13th, 2020, ie. targeted areas, numbers, SIPP, future workforce changes in the future?

It's one week from tomorrow. If there are no cuts planned that's great; but, I'm just not seeing anything posted other than a lot of b–ching and moaning. Let's get back to the original intent of this website.

Thank You.

I half agree with you. The surplus announcements only come 4 times a year so this site shouldn't be totally about that. It does offer a platform for thoughts, opinions, and yes rumor (some prove to be true, some don't). I do agree with you that I could do without the whiny B'in &M'in.
